Meeting called to order by Councilor Derby at 6:00 pm

2. Approval of the April 25th and May 9th meeting notes:
Meeting minutes will be approved at the next Ordinance meeting.
3. Continuing Business:
Request to amend the City Ordinance, Chapter 6
- Add Section 6-23 (Safe & Fair Access to Legally Protected Reproductive & Gender-Affirming
Health Care Services
o Councilor Zaret gave a final overview of the solicitor’s feedback on clarifying language to
reflect the ordinance's intention better.
• A motion was made by Councilor Riley, and Councilor Peake seconded. Vote: 3-0 Approved
that City Ordinances include Chapter 6-23 Safe and Fair Access to Legally Protected
Reproductive & Gender Affirming Health Care Services pending full City Council approval
and public hearing.
Next regular meeting: June 20th at 6:00 PM.
Councilor Peake made a motion to adjourn, and Councilor Riley seconded. Vote: 3-0.
Meeting adjourned at 6:12 pm.
