Members present: Councilor Riley, Councilor Derby, Councilor Peake

The meeting was called to order by Councilor Derby at 5:30 pm.

2. Approval of the April 25th and June 6th meeting notes:
3. Continuing Business:
Zoning Ordinance amendment - sign ordinance, municipal property exemption – Electronic
Message centers.
Councilors discussed the potential of having a special permit process for approving the usage of
electronic messaging centers and the discrepancies between electronic messaging centers and
changeable signage to ensure what we define as an electronic message center and how it
interacts with other zoning ordinance languages.
4. Other:
Councilors discussed scheduling meetings for the duration of the summer months.
Next regular meeting: June 27 at 5:30 PM.
Councilor Peake made a motion to adjourn, and Councilor Riley seconded. Vote: 3-0.
The meeting adjourned at 5:44 pm.
