Cherry Street (public hearing set for September 7, 2022 at 6:15 pm) c. Loudville Road (public hearing scheduled for September 7, 2022 at 6:15 pm) Liberty Street Easement for Eversource to Install an 8" Gas Line Installation (public hearing scheduled for September 7, 2022 at 6:15 pm) 5. Other: New City Planning Study and Quick action memo 6. Discussion of any other matter which may not have been reasonably foreseen 7. Next Meeting Public speak Mayor Lachapelle spoke about her recent press release regarding school building reuse Cherry street pole location There was no discussion On motion by Zaret and second from Gomez committee voted to recoment 3-0 Liberty Street easement Jason Bascom Present from Merrel land surveyors He noted the Gas main needs full replacement. This was presented to the engineering department and they had no concerns. The easement has been approved by the legal department Provided schematics were reviewed Council Kwiecinski asked how deep is the drilling Informed that it is 20-30 feet There were no other questions On motion by Gomez and second by Zarte committee voted to recommend 3-0 Main Street pole This proposal is to remove the existing pole and guy and install new eversource pole The proposed schematics were reviewed by the committee There was no discussion On motion by Gomez and 2nd by Zaret the committee approved to recommend 3-0 Loudville pole This is a proposal for a new pole to supply power to a new development There were no comments On motion by Gomez and 2nd by Zaret the committee approved to recommend 3- 0 Quick actions The lise of actions were discussed and consensus by committee is to refer to public safety Next meeting August 31st regarding school reuse Motion to adjourn by Gomez and 2nd by Zaret and approved 3-0 18:26
