Emily Innes Consultant. Spoke about her role in the process. Urban Planner and designer. Gave framework for recommendation. No reranking of proposals . RFP Councilor Kwiezinski discussed the process and its transparency and well executed Emily Innes summarized the process and relevant dates The committee reviewed a number of possible recommendations for the Arch proposal. These included, but were not limited to, parking, green spaces, sustainable practices, and the nature of payments to the city Emily Inness and Planner Jeff Bagg made follow up comments about the process, the proposal, the nature of language surrounding committee requests.
