Members present: Councilor Zaret, Councilor Riley, Councilor Derby

Meeting called to order by Councilor Zaret at 6:00 pm via Zoom
1. Public Speak Time:
No members of the public requested to speak.
2. Approval of meeting notes:
As the first official meeting of the new term, there were no meeting minutes to approve.
3. New Business:
Chief Norris gave a presentation on the 2021 Annual Report for the Fire Department covering call
volume trends, training and certification efforts, revenue, grants, and forecasted trends for 2022.
Members of the committee took turns asking questions for clarification or to explore opportunities
for future needs.
4. Continuing Business:
Request to review safety of the South St./Main St. sidewalk
Ordinance Review Committee’s final report review
With respect for attention to Chief Norris’ presentation, Councilor Zaret requested both continuing
business items be deferred until a future meeting with no objections.
Next regular meeting: March 1, 2022 at 6:00pm.
Councilor Derby made motion to adjourn, Councilor Riley seconded. Vote: 3-0.
Meeting adjourned at 7:08 pm.
