Public Safety Committee Minutes Date 11/1/22 Members present: Owen Zaret, Salem Derby(Remotely), Dave Meunier Members absent: none Also in Attendance: Councilor Gomez Meeting called to order by Councilor Zaret at 6:00 pm 1. Public Speak Time: no one 2. Approval of the meeting minutes: -Councilor Zaret made a motion to approve the minutes from the meeting October 11th, Councilor Meunier seconded, Vote: 2-1 Approved, Councilor Meunier abstained. -Discussion of current ordinances, including discharge of dangerous weapons and loitering and possible change. -Updates for fines and fees within the city. -The ordinance regarding snow removing is pending communication from disabilities commission. - Ordinance regarding blocking crosswalks and passageways may be stricken. Next regular meeting: December 6, 2022 at 6:00pm Councilor Zaret made motion to adjourn, Councilor Meunier seconded. Vote: 3-0. Meeting adjourned at 6:20pm.
