RULES and GOVERNMENT RELATIONS Meeting 04/01/2021

R&GR Committee Members:
Councilor Thomas Peake, Chair
Councilor Peg Conniff, Clerk
Councilor Dan Rist
Other Attendees:
Meeting called to order at 6:00pm. The meeting was held remotely due to COVID-19 restric-
tions and recorded.
1. Request for easthamptonma.gov emails for city committee chairs. The only topic dis-
cussed was the wording of the important points for the Council to consider in making a rec-
ommendation to the Mayor around creating a city wide email address for boards and commit-
tees.
Motion to recommend to full council that the mayor provide a city email address to each
Board and Committee of the City by Councilor Rist, seconded by Councilor Conniff. Motion
passed 3-0
6:15 pm - Motion to adjourn by Councilor Rist, seconded by Councilor Conniff. Motion
passed 3-0
