The meeting was video recorded Minutes approved Kwiecinski moved, Denham 2nd. Vote unanimous (3-0) 1. New Business Fair Share Amendment Resolution – Councilor Rist had a question about the original submitted draft resolution. Councilor Denham informed the committee that an incorrect draft was submitted. Rist proposed to amend to language which states, “The Easthampton City Council supports the proposed ballot question on the Fair Share Amendment to the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This amendment would create an additional tax of four percentage points on annual income above one million dollars…” Motion to pass the amend the change in language - Denham moved, Kwiecinski 2nd. Vote unanimous (3-0). 5:15 pm - Motion to adjourn – Councilor Kwiecinski, Councilor Denham – 2nd. Vote unanimous (3-0)
