Proposal for non-binding policy question on city ballot – multi-winner ranked choice voting  Second paragraph is unnecessary and raises more questions. Language of summary is better than previous language. Should be understandable. Add “The City of Easthampton currently uses RCV in races for single winner races, such as the mayor and precinct councilors, when two or more candidates are running for a seat. This would expand its use to multi-winner races.”  Councilor Denham moved to approve language to send to full council. Chair Rist – 2nd.
