Approval of May 19 minutes - Jean Pierre motioned, Bob seconded, all in approval.
Review of the draft RFP for the Commissioned Sculpture at the Ferry Street Gateway to the Mills
was extended. An insufficient amount of time caused the committee to schedule a special
meeting to continue review.
Pasqualina will check with John Mason on Park Dept’s involvement with sculpture review
process.
Juror Committee make-up - n/a
Determine Union & Main Street bike rack location n/a
Committee agreed to have a special meeting on June 30th at 4:00.
