ECA - Public Art Subcommittee Tuesday March 29, 2022, 5:00pm Meeting Minutes Absent – Jean-Pierre 5:00 Public Speak – Virtual meeting will no longer be condoned by the City. The committee agreed to meet at 5:45 on the third Wednesday going forward. Pasqualina will request a room from the City Clerk. Approval of February 16th meeting minutes – Jamie motioned to approve the minutes and Tracey seconded, all agreed. Ferry Street Gateway to the Mills Ribbon Cutting Celebration – Matt from ABB’s informed Denise that Food Truck Fridays will resume on May 27th and June 3rd. Pasqualina will inform Brendan Bailey from the National Realtors Association and then a date will be decided for ribbon cutting event. The event will be on the same timetable that was decided in February. Cottage Street Volunteer sculpture RFP – edits and suggestions were discussed and incorporated into document. Prior to the next meeting, the committee was tasked with naming the project and to add their suggestions into the live doc. Pasqualina will send edited version to committee for review. After discussions with the City Planner, she will also let the committee know the decision made for the winning artist’s payment procedure. Committee discussed who might be invited to be a juror. Next meeting April 20th, 2022
