Meeting Minutes

Approval of April 20th meeting minutes - Tracey motioned for approval, Bob
seconded, and all agreed.
Ferry Street Gateway to the Mills Celebration – Last touches are needed for the
sculpture’s installation. Peter will file and sand any sharp edges and lacquer it this
week. Installation is scheduled for Wednesday, May 25th. Chrismon Canary will
perform at event. Event’s PR materials are being released tomorrow.
Cottage Street Volunteer sculpture RFP – The RFP’s release has been delayed,
new date TBD pending conversation with John Mason.
Other:
Fender Bender’s plaque is being remade. Pasqualina thought the one made last
year does not fit well on the sculpture pad. Using PIP Printing in East
Longmeadow.
Next meeting Monday June 27th at 5:15pm, at Payson
