Discussion of ticket price for both ● Elaine to check with Silver Spoon on Hot choc at 50 Payson ave. 11 - 3. ● Library, COA, Arcadia, onboard and thinking of event description. City Space and hired Clay HIll, Ed Popelarceizk magician, Dennis Picard; communicating with Inspiral Arts to hire, Keystone / Boylston working on events for East room, now magician 3 hours, working out times for Art In Motion and Emily Foxtrot dance lessons. ● FB posts 10 day countdown; still working on venues try to ask for !0% profits; possible Big Bear to host chili tasting Beth working with them. ● Beth to work on vendor FAIR with Amy ● Amy to make FB event ● Beth to do save the date ● Beth to work on Faceboard and get form Katie ● Next meetings @ 5:30 , 11/16, Meeting Adjourned 7:30
