Instead, the meeting was held online via Zoom at the scheduled time (6pm). No applicants nor members of the public were in attendance. Administrative Items s Approval of the minutes of 1/22/2020 and 2/26/2020 à Tabled to May 27th s Correspondence/Requests for comment from other boards, committees, officials, etc. à none s Public Comments / Public Speak à none Public Hearings Matthew Gawle, seeking a variance to the side-yard setbacks and special permit to reconstruct a pre- existing nonconforming nonresidential structure in accordance with sections 11.13 and 13.1 of the Easthampton Zoning Ordinance. Subject property is located at 118 Union St (parcel ID 53-22) and zoned Downtown Business (DB). s Hearing was opened on 2/26/2020 and continued to 3/25/2020 s John Atwater opened the public hearing at 6:02pm and stated that we will need to continue this hearing to the May 27th ZBA meeting due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the inability to host an in- person or online public hearing at this point in time.
