► Member Karella made a motion to approve the minutes, Member Lytwyn seconded. All
voted in favor to approve the minutes.
❖ Election of Board officers.
► Member Ltywn nominated John Atwater to continue serving as Chair. Member Jaffe
seconded. All voted in favor for Chair Atwater to remain as Chair.
► Chair Atwater nominated Member Karella to continue serving as vice chair. Member
Lytwyn seconded the motion. All voted in favor Member Karella to continue serving as
Vice-Chair

Member Karella made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Member Lytwyn seconded. All voted in favor
and the meeting adjourned at 6:05 PM.
