Member Karella moved to approve the Minutes from 3-27-2024, Member Lyntwyn
seconded, the minutes were appoved unanimously.
Public Hearings:
Grayson DeWitt & Lora Fisher-DeWitt – Seeking a special permit for the construction of a
new garage where a preexisting-nonconforming garage currently exists under section 11.12
of the Easthampton Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 14 Norton St, Map 152 lot
28. The applicant presented the project in terms of the submitted materials summarized as
follows:
Representing the applicant: John McClaughlin, Lora Fisher-DeWitt, Garyson DeWitt
The Applicant requested the hearing be postponed until June 26th at 6:00pm. The ZBA accepted this
request.
Public Meeting:
Member Jaffe informed the board that she was resigning the board.
Planner Maxfield informed the board that they would be hearing a comprehensive permit application at
their next meeting and proposed adding an additional meeting to the ZBA schedule to accommodate
this application.
Member motioned, Member seconded, the vote passed unanimously.
Member Karella motioned to Adjourn, Member Lytwyn seconded, the vote passed unanimously.
