I. Workshop Call to Order. Council President Boone calls to order the Budget Workshop at 6:00 p.m. (Recording 9:49) II. Adjustments to the Agenda for the Special Council Meeting To add to item 7: Scheduling a public hearing for a new victualler’s license for the Eastport Arts Center. Scheduling a public hearing for Dooryard Shine, LLC for special taste test event for July 4 and 5, 2025. Scheduling a public hearing for Dooryard Shine, LLC for a special taste test event for September 5 and 7, 2025. To add as item VIII(c): Approval to move forward on the airport taxiway project project and acceptance of FAA funding for same. MOTION: STEVENS SECOND: MORANG (Passed 5-0) III. Scheduling of Public Hearings (Recording 1:16:42) To schedule the following public hearings to be held at the next regular Council meeting on 11 June 2025: New victualler license for Richard Sullivan for a Bakery/Café at 82 Water Street New victualler license for Istvan Matej d/b/a Eastport Coffee Roasters LLC New victualler license for Eastport Arts Center  Special taste test event for Dooryard Shine, LLC for July 4 and 5.
