INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE IV. COUNCIL DISCUSSION 1. Discussion of staff organizing a workshop(s) on matters pertaining to the Town of Eatonville specific to Ordinances, Special Exemptions, First Reading, Second Readings, Zoning, Land Development Code, and the Comprehensive Plan. (Randolph) 2. Discussion of Water Capacity for Future Developments. (Randolph) 3. Discussion of the Use of The Town of Eatonville’s Logo (Randolph) 4. Discussion of Building Permits - Documentation (Randolph) 5. Discussion of Maintaining Proper Communication Inside Public Meetings (Randolph) V. Any person who desires to appeal any decision made at this meeting will need a verbatim record of the proceedings and for this purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based – per Section 286.0105 Florida Statutes.
