Motion to accept the bid of $410 from Donald Conrad through Municibid for traffic lights. 2. Motion to approve the purchase of BR 800 C-E Blower for $649.99 from Export Outdoor Power. 3. Motion to purchase an extended warranty for the John Deere loader at a cost of $600 for 36 months with a $100 deductible. 4. Motion to approve renting a dumpster for $80 to clean up and scrap a salt spreader and miscellaneous items with the scrap money being deposited in the General Fund. 5. Motion to accept the bid of $78,300 from Shults Ford South for a 2022 F-550 including all accessories with a final cost of $63,300 after trade-in. 6. Motion to adopt Ordinance 2021-03 to follow the municipal records schedule of the PA Historical and Museum Commission for the destruction and retention of records, papers, and documents, as advertised in The Mon Valley Independent. 7. Motion to adopt Ordinance 2021-04 relating to and defining dangerous dogs and prohibiting dogs running at large; providing for the regulation governing fees charged for licensing of dangerous dogs by providing for regulation, confinement and destruction of dangerous dogs by providing for the penalty for violation; and repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent therewith, as advertised in The Mon Valley Independent. 8. Motion to adopt Resolution 2021-05 to apply for $500,000 of GEDTF funds for street reconstruction. 9. Motion to adopt Resolution 2021-06 to apply for $264,000 of GEDTF funds for VFD parking lot reconstruction. 2  10. Motion to adopt Resolution 2021-07 applying for $44,000 of CDBG funds for street reconstruction of 4th Avenue from Walker to end and Birch Street from Walker to end. 11. Motion to hire Nicole Honick as a part-time probationary police officer pending outcome of personnel committee interview. 12. Motion to approve a handicap parking spot at 403 S. 2nd Avenue located on the Walnut Street side. 13. Motion to purchase two filing cabinet locks with keys up to $100 from Barrier Protection. 14. Motion to purchase a dehumidifier at a cost not to exceed $600 from Lowe’s. 15. Motion to accept the resignation of Daniel Patrick as a part-time police officer effective November 8, 2021. 16. Motion to approve the purchase of a camera system for Duke Park at a cost of $1,200. 17. Motion to approve the Special Event Application for Elizabeth Borough Halloween Parade on October 25 with a rain date of October 28, 2021. 18. Motion to approve the Special Event Application for Elizabeth Borough Light Up Night on November 18, 2021. 19. Motion to approve training hours for officers on the new Allegheny County Inform Reporting system. 20.
