OLD BUSINESS
1. Motion to ratify the email vote to authorize the Secretary to advertise
2022 meetings.
2. Motion to ratify the email vote to authorize payment of $2,143.27 to
First Commonwealth Bank to payoff 2021 TAN interest.
NEW BUSINESS
3. Motion to adopt the 2022 budget.
4. Motion to adopt Resolution 2021-08 of 2021 setting the 2022 millage.
5. Motion to adopt Resolution 2021-09 of 2021 appointing Mark Turnley,
CPA, to audit the 2021 finances.
6. Motion to accept the resignation of Jody Sutton as a part-time police
officer.
7. Motion to approve the insurance policy for the period 1/15/22-1/15/23
at a cost of $29,371.
8. Motion to approve the West Elizabeth agreement for 2022 to provide
police services.

10. Motion to transfer the sales agreement for the Moose property
to the Borough from Elizabeth Area Development Corporation.

transferred to the Borough with Steel Rivers COG acting as the

12. Motion to approve a bonus of $1,060.80 to Dwayne Lewis of
the public works department.
13. Motion to approve a bonus $748.80 to Cole Buchina of the
public works department.
14. Motion to pay IRS $5,986.19 for 3rd quarter 2020 taxes as
Borough was not eligible for COVID-19 employer credits.
15. Motion to demolish property located at 227 Water Street, Lot &
Block 1133-H-366, with Commonwealth Financing Authority funds.
16. Motion to demolish property located at 164 Center Avenue, Lot
& Block 1133-R-278, with Commonwealth Financing Authority funds.
17. Motion to demolish property located at 124 Clay Street, Lot &
Block 1132-E-042, with Commonwealth Financing Authority funds.
18. Motion to demolish property located at 5 Maple Avenue, Lot &
Block 1133-H-050, with Commonwealth Financing Authority funds.
19. Motion to advertise to hire a full-time police officer.
20. Motion to move Cole Buchina to full-time as a public works
laborer effective January 1, 2022 with employee benefits.
21. Motion to approve payments #2 and #3 (final) totaling
$18,154.20 to A. Folino Construction, Inc. from Liquid Fuel Funds for
2020 Street Paving project, as recommended by Senate Engineering.
22. Motion to make a conditional offer of employment as a part-time
police officer to Matthew Brand, dependent on outcome of
background check. AMENDED: Motion to make a conditional offer
