Motion to appoint PNC Bank as the official bank. 2. Motion to appoint Dodaro Matta & Cambest as solicitor. 3. Motion to appoint Glenn Engineer as engineer. 4. Motion to transfer $500 from the General Fund to the Fire Escrow Fund to maintain a balance. 7. Motion to transfer $77,245.88 from the General Fund to the American Rescue Plan Fund. 8. Motion to approve an offer of employment to the position of Borough Secretary. 9. Motion to close the PNC Debit Card account. 10. Motion to adopt a policy and open a PNC Credit Card account with a credit limit of $1,000. 11. Motion to authorize the Secretary to obtain a quote for cyber insurance. 12. Motion to accept the quote from Ford Business Technology for copiers in the police department and secretary’s office. 13. Motion to adopt Resolution 1 of 2022 authorizing the issuance of a TAN for $100,000 with First Commonwealth Bank. 15. Motion to authorize the Secretary to advertise an ordinance amending the street opening ordinance. 16. Motion to ratify payment of $1,300 to Justin J. Talbert for computer work to be paid from the American Rescue Plan Fund. 17. Motion to increase the wages of Dwayne Lewis from $17.00 to $17.50 per hour effective January 1, 2022. 3  18.
