Motion to adopt the 2023 Budget as proposed. 2. Motion to approve the Chief of Police contract with William Sombo for a 1-year term at $57,368.17. 3. Motion to increase the wages of Dwayne Lewis to $18.75 per hour effective January 1, 2023. 4. Motion to increase the wages of Cole Buchina to $16.75 per hour effective January 1, 2023. 5. Motion to not accept the quote from the current Worker’s Comp policy from State Worker’s Insurance Fund for $33,331 plus population adjustment. 6. Motion to accept a new Worker’s Comp Policy from AmTrust Financial quote for $22,478 plus population adjustment. 7. Motion to approve the insurance policy for the period 1/15/23- 1/15/24 at a cost of $32,879.00. 8. Motion to re-appoint Barry Boucher to the Board of the Elizabeth Borough Municipal Authority for a 2-year term ending December 31, 2024. 3  9. Motion to re-appoint Andy Miklos to the Board of the Elizabeth Borough Municipal Authority for a 2-year term ending December 31, 2024. 10. Motion to authorize the Borough Manager to advertise 2023 meetings. 11. Motion to pay borough share of Plum Street Grant for $31,055. (Change Order) 12. Motion to Approve the Borough Manager to apply for the TAN loan with First Commonwealth Bank for $100,000 at 5.80%. 13. Motion to adopt Resolution 2022-09 of 2022 appointing Mark Turnley, CPA, to audit the 2022 finances. 14. Motion to advertise ordinance for UCC Appeal costs (pending solicitor review). 15. Motion to advertise ordinance for Tax credits for Volunteer Firemen (pending solicitor review). 16. Motion to look into renewing the PNC mortgage loan for the borough building that expires March 31, 2023. 17. Motion to accept a donation of a taser X2 (at a cost of $1,299) and 2 Blackhawk Holsters (at a cost of $89 each) from the Punishers Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club.
