VISITORS PUBLIC COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion to approve the minutes of the February 15, 2023 Work Session and February 28, 2023 Council Meeting. Motion to approve Special Event Application for Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony on May 29, 2023. 2. Motion to approve payment of invoice for Sherwin Williams for $2,380.70 3. Motion to approve payment of invoice for $1,000.00 to Steven M Toprani attorney for the UCC Appeal Hearing. 4. Motion to approve the agreement to grant an easement to the Elizabeth Borough Municipal Authority for the sum of one dollar ($1.00). The easement is for the Lot and Block Number 1133-L-357. 5. Motion to authorize borough administration to submit a proposal to the Army Corp of Engineers for the Riverfront Park Relocation upon solicitor and Glenn Engineer approval. 6. Motion to approve the borough to accept the 2020-GEDTF-147 grant formerly granted to the Elizabeth Area Development Corporation (EADC) upon the agreement of EADC to relinquish the grant to the borough and final approval from Allegheny County and CFA. The amount of the grant is $376,250. The final agreement will be subject to solicitor review. 7. Motion to approve the borough to accept the 2019-GEDF-025 grant formerly granted to the Elizabeth Area Development Corporation (EADC) upon the agreement of EADC to relinquish the grant to the borough and final approval from the Allegheny County and CFA. The amount of the grant is $350,000. The final agreement will be subject to solicitor review. 8. Motion to approve the first quarter payment for the donation to the Elizabeth Fire Department for $5,000.00 9. Motion to pay the first payment to First Commonwealth Bank for $25,000 for the 2023 Tan Loan. PUBLIC COMMENTS GOOD OF THE ORDER ADJOURNMENT 3
