Motion to ratify Resolution 2024-01 from May 28, 2024 to request a grant from Greenways, Trails and Recreation Program (GTRP) of $250,000 from the Commonwealth Financing Authority to be used for Riverwalk ADA Accessible Pedestrian Walkway – Phase II. 2. Motion to approve the Riverfest Application to be held on July 26th-27th, 2024. 3. Motion to approve Concurring Resolution 2024-02 for $411,500 for the GEDTF Grant for Maple Avenue 4. Motion to approve Concurring Resolution 2024-03 for $175,625 for VFD Parking Lot Reconstruction. 5. Motion to approve payment to Lutterman Exc. for CFA Demolition Grant in the amount of $24,900.00. 6.
