PUBLIC COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion to approve the minutes of the July 23, 2024 Council Meeting. 1 PAYMENT OF BILLS Motion to pay the bills as presented. REPORTS Mayor - Treasurer – Report is in the packet Solicitor - Building Inspector - Chief of Police – Report is in the packet Animal Control - Borough Manager – Report is in the packet Public Works – Report is in the packet Old Business – New Business 1. Motion to make a partial payment to Pugliano for grant projects 19-GEDF-025 and 2020-GEDTF-147 in the amount of $126,671.00. 2. Motion to apply for a Local Share Account Statewide Grant for 2024. 3. Motion to apply for a Community Development Block Grant 2024. 4. Motion to approve Resolution 2024-04 to apply for a Gaming Economic Development and Tourism Fund Grant 2024 in the amount of $500,000 for the River Walk Trail. 5. Motion to put out bids for the grant for the VFD Parking Lot. 6. Motion to put out bids for the grant for Maple Avenue reconstruction. 2  7. Motion to have Coursevector provide ADA compliance for the borough website for a fee of $1,100 annually. 8. Motion to approve Resolution 2024-05 to enter into a 5 year Winter Maintenance Service Agreement with Penndot. 9. Motion to accept the quote from JD Landscaping and Grass Cutting for $2,000 to remove trees at the end of 6th Avenue.
