UNFINISHED BUSINESS A. Review, discussion, and possible action concerning Master Plan amendments, and matters related thereto. FOR POSSIBLE ACTION Update from the board on how the review process of the Master Plan is going. Input from board members in the one drive document is needed to move forward. VII. NEW BUSINESS A. Review, discussion, and possible action concerning the dedication of the America 250 art projects, and matters related thereto. FOR POSSIBLE ACTION The Elko Art Foundation is doing a public art project to put inside the courthouse for America 250. The Foundation wants to team up and have a dedication ceremony for both the sculpture the Arts and Culture Board is doing, and the flag install the Foundation board is doing. They would like to propose to do the dedication at the County project and then walk over and do the dedication in the corridor for the City project. B. Review, discussion, and possible action concerning the Mayor Arts Awards and matters related thereto. FOR POSSIBLE ACTION  The Mayor Arts Awards Call for Artists was sent out in February with a submission deadline of March 26th. We have received a few submissions for review and selection. VIII.
