FOR POSSIBLE ACTION Update from the board on how the review process of the Master Plan is going. Input from board members in the one drive document is needed to move forward. Mica and Sharon were the only two members to provide comments and we need additional input. B. Review, discussion, and possible action concerning the Mayor Arts Awards and matters related thereto. FOR POSSIBLE ACTION Artist Seth Jones has been selected to create the Mayor Arts Awards. We now need to solicit for nominations for: 1. Individual Artist 2. Arts Education 3. Arts Organization 4. Service to the Arts (Individual or Organization). VII. REPORTS Assistant City Manager 1. Southside School Presentation and Mural Project Catherine Wines and Sandy Beeler 2. America 250 Projects • GBC- Report on Dedication • Angie Smith – Report on Dedication 3. Arts Vacancy – Sharon Owen resigned effectively on her term date. We will take all letter of interest requests to the City Council for selection. 4. Board Member Terms - Amy Drost 6-30-26. Council to Re-Appoint 7-14-26. VIII. SCHEDULE THE NEXT MEETING Review, discussion, and possible action concerning another Boot Campaign or another Art Campaign, and matters related thereto. FOR POSSIBLE ACTION Reece Keener, City of Elko Mayor asked if we could run another art project like the Boot Campaign. Boots were purchased through Icon Poly, and the current cost is $1,140.60. https://iconpolystudio.com/ IX.
