Review, consideration and possible recommendation to City Council for Rezone 2- 24, filed by Christopher Beardmore, for a change in zoning from AG (General Agriculture) to R (Single Family and Multiple Family Residential) Zoning District, approximately 2.998 acres, to allow for future residential development, and matters related thereto. FOR POSSIBLE ACTION When a property is annexed into the City of Elko, it defaults to AG - General Agriculture zoning district. The proposed zoning would be consistent with the master plan land use.
