Declaration of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funds The Borough in entitled to receive a total of $762,619.88 in ARPA funds. In July 2021, the Borough received 50% of this amount ($381,309.94). Therefore, a motion would be in order to declare the $381,309.94 received in ARPA funds be deposited into the Electric Fund and used toward the deficits created by the Covid-19 pandemic.
