Second by Darrell. Motion approved. Public Comment Correspondence/Communication Operator’s Report Equipment Inventory List Update - Dave will check status of report with John. John has provided a contact for Charlotte to hope to begin getting chemicals from Coyne. EEMA has identified an aluminum beam for the disk filter. Just needs to be tested for load and then can be purchased. Corbett and the Influent pump stations do not have panel heaters, so Brad will provide a quote. Gate valve on Aeration tank has been rebuilt. EEMA will perform the jar test with Coyne when we register with them as our new chemical supplier. Discussion about whether to join PRWA. No decision was reached. Engineer’s Report Keith is not in attendance. See written engineers report. ARPA Grant Application - No Notification has been received yet. Brick Lane/Berks Homes Solicitor’s Report Blue Rock Escrow Closure Motion to approve Deed of Dedication for Blue Rock Force Main - Charlotte will get signatures when documents are prepared. 2023 Enabling Resolutions - Motion by Darrell to approve Enabling Resolutions 2022-5, 2022-6, 2022-7, 2022-8. Second by Jim. Motion approved. Old Business Board Member Opening - Still looking for a new member. Steve recommended a potential candidate, and Charlotte will seek out a contact number. New Business Treasurer’s Report Approval of December payables per Check Register presented. Motion by Floyd to approve the payables as presented. Second by Steve. Motion approved. Finance Committee Planning - Steve is willing to serve on the finance committee. Audit - Audit work with Hamilton & Musser will begin in January.
