Mayor Robertson – Commnet Broadband Business Development Director, Jojo Myers Campos – Discussion Only – Update on City of Ely Wireless Area Network (WAN) and Ely Extension in the City of Ely. 2. Mayor Robertson - Discussion/For Possible Action – Reappointment of Regional Planning Commission Member Leah Brown with term through December 31, 2026. 3. Councilwoman Elliott – Public Works Supervisor Cracraft - Discussion/For Possible Action- Selection of Cemetery storage building quote, budgeted in FY 2023. 5. Councilwoman Elliot - Discussion/For Possible Action - Direct City Attorney to draft an ordinance amending Title 3 Chapter 5 ("Gaming Code") in accordance with one of the following options or variations thereof and making other necessary changes throughout: (a) change "may" to "shall" in Section 3-5-13(F) making the 50 hotel-room requirement in Section (F)12 mandatory; (b) eliminate the hotel room requirement entirely; (c) remove the hotel room requirement but limit the total number of non-restricted gaming licenses that can be issued; or (d) require gaming license applicants to either have 50 hotel rooms or have at least one bar with permanent seating capacity for more than 20 patrons and at least one restaurant with permanent seating capacity for more than 40 patrons that is open to the public 6 days a week during regular business hours. 7. Councilman Alworth – Councilwoman Elliott– Discussion Only – Update on Porter Group efforts on the City of Ely’s behalf to secure federal and State funding. 8. Councilman Alworth – Councilwoman Williams-Harper – Discussion/For Possible Action – Approval to submit comment letter to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regarding the White Pine Pumped Storage Project. 9. Councilwoman Williams-Harper – Discussion/For Possible Action – Approval to assist White Pine High School with the installation of their senior banners on light poles downtown. White Pine High School will secure permitting with the Nevada Department of Transportation, purchase the needed hardware, and make a contribution to the City of Ely to assist with labor costs. White Pine High School is requesting the City of Ely to assist with needed equipment and manpower. 10. Council Members – City Treasurer Trask – Discussion/For Possible Action – Approval to transfer $300,000 of Community Services funds, that have been committed for up to two (2) miles of street repairs, into the Street Fund. 7.
