Mayor Robertson – City Treasurer/HR Director Trask – Discussion/For Possible Action – Approval of the City of Ely’s Title VI Implementation Plan. 2. Councilman Carson – Discussion/For Possible Action – Approval of First Reading of Ordinance 760, Bill No. 2024-06, An Ordinance Prohibiting Hunting within City of Ely Limits. 3. Councilwoman Elliott – Councilman Alworth – Discussion Only – Update on Porter Group efforts on the City of Ely’s behalf to secure federal and State funding. 4. Councilwoman Williams-Harper – Discussion Only – White Pine Chamber of Commerce monthly report on community activities. 5. Councilwoman Williams-Harper – Discussion/For Possible Action – Approval to pay Paragon Construction Systems Inc. $59,979.77 for repairs at MP 142 on track, jointly owned by the City of Ely and the Nevada Northern Railway Foundation, from 45G tax credit funds dedicated to the Railroad Legal Fees on a one-time basis. 6. Council Members – City Treasurer/HR Director Trask – Discussion/For Possible Action – LP Insurance Services LLC Representative – Approval of healthcare coverage renewal proposal for the City of Ely, December 1, 2024-November 30, 2025. 7. Council Members – City Attorney Manuele – Discussion/For Possible Action – Approval of substitution of counsel with Shain G. Manuele, Esq., as counsel of record for the City of Ely, Nevada, in the place and stead of former Ely City Attorney, Leo Cahoon, Esq. in the case Nevada Northern Railway Foundation, Inc and City of Ely, Nevada vs. State of Nevada, Case No.: CV24-02011. 8.
