DRAFT MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HIRING COMMITTEE April 5, 2022 Present: Sam Vaillancourt, Heather Moore, David Tryhorne, Laurie Stanley, Abbey Miller Meeting was called to order by Sam Vaillancourt at 6:33PM. 1. Modifications/Changes to Agenda There were no modifications to the agenda. 2. Public Comment There was no public comment. 3. Review/Approval Minutes March 29, 2022 A motion was made by David Tryhorne to approve the minutes as written. Seconded by Laurie Stanley. Unanimous. 4. Executive Session: For the Purpose of Discussing Personnel Laurie Stanley made a motion to enter Executive Session for the purpose of discussing Personnel. Seconded by Heather Moore. Unanimous. The Board entered Executive Session at 6:34pm. Heather Moore made a motion to re-enter the Board’s Regular Meeting. Seconded by David Tryhorne. The Board re-entered their Regular Meeting at 8:02pm. As a result of discussions in Executive Session, the Board determined who they would be reaching out to for an interview for the Village Manager position. 5. Adjourn A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Laurie Stanley. Seconded by Heather Moore. The meeting adjourned at 8:02pm.
