VILLAGE OF ENOSBURG FALLS Joint Meeting with The Town of Enosburgh Selectboard March 19, 2024 Trustees: Sam Vaillancourt, Sandra Ferland, Heather Moore, Leonard Charron, Eli Gabuzda Selectboard: Jessica Eagles, Larry Gervais, Dean Wright, Pierre Letourneau, Phil Robtoy Staff – John Dasaro, Abbey Miller, Jesse Woods, Billie Jo Draper Guests – Todd Cosgrove, Kristin Sheperd, Wallace Steinhour, Kiley Deuso Entered into the Joint Meeting at 7:09pm. 1. Executive Session for the Purpose of Discussing Negotiations in which Premature Public Knowledge May Compromise the Position of the Municipality. Larry Gervais made a motion to recess the Town’s regular meeting and enter the joint meeting Executive Session for the Purpose of Discussing Negotiations in which Premature Public Knowledge May Compromise the Position of the Municipality. Seconded by Pierre Letourneau. The Boards entered Executive Session at 7:10pm. Sandra Ferland made a motion to re-enter the Board’s Regular Meeting. Seconded by Heather Moore. The Board re-entered their Regular Meeting at 8:30pm. Jessica Eagle made a motion to re-enter the Board’s Regular Meeting. Seconded by Pierre Letourneau. The Board re-entered their Regular Meeting at 8:30pm. There was no action taken as a result of the Executive Session. 2. Eclipse Update John Dasaro discussed the Village plan for the Eclipse and requested if assistance was needed with trash removal if we could reach out to the Town Highway Crew, they were going to talk to Joey. 3. Elm Street Sidewalk Update The Town asked the Village for an update on the Elm Street Sidewalk project to the Rec fields, and discussed signing the easement along with what safety measures are going to be taking place. At 8:45pm the Town of Enosburgh Selectboard entered back into their regular meeting. 4. Executive Session for the Purpose of Discussing Negotiations in which Premature Public Knowledge May Compromise the Position of the Municipality and for the discussion of a personnel matter. Sandra Ferland made a motion to enter Executive Session for the Purpose of Discussing Negotiations in which Premature Public Knowledge May Compromise the Position of the Municipality and for the discussion of a personnel matter. Seconded by Heather Moore. Unanimous. The Board entered Executive Session at 8:47pm.  VILLAGE OF ENOSBURG FALLS Joint Meeting with The Town of Enosburgh Selectboard March 19, 2024 Sandra Ferland made a motion to re-enter the Board’s Regular Meeting. Seconded by Leonard Charron. The Board re-entered their Regular Meeting at 9:33pm. There was no action taken as a result of Executive Session. 5. Adjourn There being no other business to come before the Board at this time, Sandra Ferland made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by Heather Moore. The meeting adjourned at 9:33pm.
