VILLAGE OF ENOSBURG FALLS Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees September 19th, 2025 Present: Heather Moore, Leonard Charron, David Gervais, Eli Gabuza Not Present: Jason Longway Staff – John Dasaro, Abbey Miller The meeting was called to order by Heather Moore at 1:03 PM 1. Modifications/Changes to Agenda There were no changes. 2. Set the tax rate for 2025 A motion was made by Heather Moore to see the 2025 tax rate to .8024 with bills being due in late October. Second by Leonard Charron. Unanimous. 3. Executive Session: For the Purpose of Discussing Negotiations in which Premature Public Knowledge May Compromise the Position of the Municipality. Heather Moore made a motion to enter Executive Session for the Purpose of Discussing Negotiations in which Premature Public Knowledge May Compromise the Position of the Municipality. Second by David Gervais. Unanimous. The Board entered the Executive Session at 1:11 PM. David Gervais made a motion to re-enter the Board’s Regular Meeting. Second by Heather Moore. The Board re-entered their Regular Meeting at 1:22PM. There was no action taken as a result of this Executive Session. 4. Adjourn There being no other business to come before the Board at this time Leonard Charron made a motion to adjourn. Second by David Gervais. The meeting was adjourned at 1:22 PM.
