Deborah Bachelder, representing the City Planning Office, and Raelynn Ferrera from the Public Works Project Coordinator were present. This meeting was called to order at 6:26 pm by Jackie Connor. This meeting was called to examine two COA requests and a new Landmark application. Town Hall COA • Revised drawings were presented to us which reflected a change in design so that a contrasting color of brick would be used in the main entrance seating area. The brick recommended is L-4 Bronze Tone Color Standard. A motion was made and approved to recommend that the design changes be accepted. • It was noted that the design presented did not include any railing for the area. It is our understanding that if railing is to be added, a new design will be submitted to the EH- PAB for our recommendation. 365 Main COA • Property owner wishes to add a railing to the front porch. A motion was made and approved to recommend that the COA be accepted. Dave Lotton abstained. • The question was raised concerning changes to the exterior of a Landmark property that might not require a building permit. How does the EHPAB become aware of a change? We agreed to examine this question at a later date. Landmark Application- 604 Holbrook • Property owner has submitted a Landmark application.
