Call to Order Minutes Erie Historic Preservation Advisory Board October 24, 2016 Participating: Jackie Connor, Chair; Dave Snow, Co-chair; Mark Mavrogianes, Secre- tary; Mike Katyryniuk, Dave Lotton, Sarah Wise, Sherri Barksdale and Scott Charles BOT Liaison. This meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Jackie Connor. Agenda was approved. Minutes for September 26 were approved. There was no public comment. New Business • Mike Katyryniuk made a budget report. $2,000 has been spent and $8,000 remains. • Discussed requesting a new banner for public events which is smaller and more us- able • Senior presentations went well and we have been invited back next year. We have also been invited to meet with the Chamber of Commerce. • Dave Lotton has drafted a document outlining the expectations for plaque recipients. This will be submitted to the town attorney for review. • Front Range Associates have completed the Landmark survey and will make their final presentation to the BOT on October 25.
