Call to Order • Meeting Start: 6:30pm by Jackie Connor • Attendance: - Excused: Mark M. - Present: Sherri B, Jackie O, Mike K, Dave L, Dave S, Sarah W, Scott C • Agenda was approved • Minutes of October 24, 2016 were approved • Public Comment: - Alan Wise, Pres. Erie Historical Society announced Pioneer days on 11 May. Needs volunteers. • No new Landmark Applications • Dawn James had asked at the Master Plan public meeting. Trying to contact her • Member Reports: * Sherri B: - Working on 655 Moffat (Geri Dow) - Got info on Landen Farm (Leymar Homestead) - Discussion on challenges of naming historic properties - Will be speaking to someone to get information on building a mobile app * Jackie O - Feb 14 update to BOT * Mike K - Motion to approve invoice in 2016 for 3 phase II plaques (motion approved unanimously) - Waiting for feedback on banner - Discussion about Ancestry account. Decided we would give Nancy information to research two properties before next meeting. - Meeting at Erie Chamber scheduled for Dec 13 * Dave L - Contacted Jason.
