Call to Order 17-246 Meeting Agenda Minutes Erie Historic Preservation Advisory Board June 26, 2017 Participating: Jackie Connor, Chair; Dave Snow, Co-chair; Mark Mavrogianes, Secretary; Mike Katyryniuk, Dave Lotton, Sarah Wise and Scott Charles, BOT Liaison. This meeting was called to order at 6:28 pm by Jackie Connor. Agenda was approved. Minutes for May 22 were approved. Public Comment • Alan Wise was [present representing the Erie Historical Society Members and Trustee Reports • Budget is due in October for 2018. Our request needs to be prepared by the 1st week of October. • We recommend that round numbered “historical” plaques be removed, especially as a property receives a Landmark plaque. • Recon survey is done and has been incorporated into the master Plan. • Nomination packets have had minor revisions and are waiting approval from the town. • The Master Plan will be presented to the Board of Trustees on July 11 Old Business • Given the town's decision to demolish some structures at the Sheldon-Allan farm we will remove the landmark designation from demolished buildings.
