Call to order time: 6:30 2. Roll Call: Mike Katyryniuk, Anthony Conventry , Tracy Colburn, Sarah Wise, Scott Charles (BOT) 3. Approval of Agenda – moved by Sarah and approved by group 4. Approval of minutes – moved by Sarah Wise and approved by group February 25, 2019 meeting 5. Public Comment on Non-Agenda Items – • Alan Wise requested surveys of buildings – Wise Museum, Town Hall, City Hall. 6. Old Business – • Budget report - $728 for first part of survey • Holbrook Survey update – second invoice has arrived for work done so far, total is 20% of budget • Downtown Survey Plan – Prep for phase two, if phase one is completed by Q1 2020, the intention is to survey the downtown corridor. EHPAB will need to get guidance on how to chose properties for phase two from current survery contractor. Include Eagle Mine in phase two. • GIS mapping technology not ready to add historical sights in Erie. 7. New Business – • HP volunteers to be interviewed by Mike and Tony. • Sign up for memberships that History Colorado recommended • The presentation for the first and second graders at MeadowLark Elementary had a turnout of about 40 children. Positive feedback, and the children sent thank you notes. 8. Events calendar – • EHPAB to present to the BOT on March 26th • Town Fair Booth on May 18 • Biscuit Day on September 14th • Landmark inspections to take place in May 9.
