Key take away was that the property resides outside the Town of Erie. Currently the property owners have approached the town to annex but the property resides in a FEMA Flood Way. The new Town Facility Manager reviewed his role and discussed the back-entry way to the Town hall repairs. The CA which was conducted last year will be forward.
