1. CALL TO ORDER
1) CALL TO ORDER 6:00
2) ROLL CALL: Members: Ken Martin, Nicole Littmann, Joe Martinez,
Robert Braudes & Dawn Fraser. BOT Liaison: Geoff Deakin
3) ASSIGNMENT OF CURRENT MINUTES: Dawn Fraser
4) APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES:
a) December 5, 2016 - Joe Martinez; approved.
b) January 9, 2017 - Monica Kash; deferred.
5) APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
a) Agenda approved.
6) PUBLIC COMMENT: None. Robert Braudes noted new open pace
signs posted.
7) BOT LIAISON REPORT: None
8) GENERAL BUSINESS
a) PROST Master Plan Update: Reviewed master plan updates
and noted comments in file called, “OSTAB review.xls.
Discussion included, review draft changes and additional
recommendations and request for access map after PROST
finalization.
b) Increasing “attendance” to OSTAB events: Add a notice of
OSTAB events to water bill. OSTAB could host a fun run
around Thomas Reservoir for National Trail Day. Position
OSTAB “booth” next to Boulder County “booth” for Great Erie
Outdoor Adventure.
c) Current map contains picture of Community Park Open Space,
however the open space was converted to a parking lot. New
Open Space picture needed and update to completed trails
versus planned.
9) OSTAB MEMBER REPORTS: Nothing to report
10) ACTION ITEMS, SCHEDULING, KEY DATES
a) Next OSTAB meeting - Monday 02/13/2017.
