Also, possibly a segment of the RTD ROW; d) Status of action items; NAI study & open space management plan, trail signage, National Public Lands Day, September 30, Smoljan easement walk through requested. 9) Development Referrals - quasi-judicial: a) Flatiron Meadows Planning Area H, preliminary plat, N 111th St south of Erie Parkway north of Arapahoe Ridge, due 8/15; b) Sunset, preliminary plat, WCR 5 north of Town’s Sunset Open Space south of Highlands. Note: applicant will attend to present and discuss conceptual site plan.
