4) APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES
a) November 13 – Joe Martinez;

7) GENERAL BUSINESS:
a) Great Ecology – review/discuss beta site evaluations for creating open space
management plans and updating the Natural Area Inventory;
b) BoT Liaison Report;
8) MEMBER REPORTS/DISCUSSIONS:
a) Crestone CDP – response by Boulder County to two proposed large well sites at
the confluence of Boulder Creek and Coal Creek.
9) ACTION ITEMS, SCHEDULING, KEY DATES
a) Next regular OSTAB meeting – Monday, February 12, 2018;
b) OSTAB independent access to computer/display board in Community Room;
c) Possible TNAF reimbursement for spine trail between Lost Creek Farm and

a) Potential Town regulation of pesticide runoff in new subdivisions;
b) Signage for trails and/or open space;
c) New open space fund eligible for tax deductible contributions of cash or land;
d) Property tax benefits of conservations easements;
e) Possible changes to the Uniform Development Code based upon residential
density in planning areas.
