CALL TO ORDER 2) ROLL CALL / DETERMINATION OF QUORUM 3) ASSIGNMENT OF CURRENT MINUTES 4) APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES a) November 13 – Joe Martinez; b) December 11 – Dawn Fraser; c) January 8 – Monica Kash. 5) APPROVAL OF AGENDA 6) PUBLIC COMMENT 7) GENERAL BUSINESS: a) Great Ecology – review/discuss beta site evaluations for creating open space management plans and updating the Natural Area Inventory; b) BoT Liaison Report; 8) MEMBER REPORTS/DISCUSSIONS: a) Crestone CDP – response by Boulder County to two proposed large well sites at the confluence of Boulder Creek and Coal Creek. 9) ACTION ITEMS, SCHEDULING, KEY DATES a) Next regular OSTAB meeting – Monday, February 12, 2018; b) OSTAB independent access to computer/display board in Community Room; c) Possible TNAF reimbursement for spine trail between Lost Creek Farm and Schmidt; 10) FUTURE DISCUSSION TOPICS: a) Potential Town regulation of pesticide runoff in new subdivisions; b) Signage for trails and/or open space; c) New open space fund eligible for tax deductible contributions of cash or land; d) Property tax benefits of conservations easements; e) Possible changes to the Uniform Development Code based upon residential density in planning areas. 11) ADJOURNMENT 1) CALL TO ORDER 6:05 P.M. 2) ROLL CALL / DETERMINATION OF QUORUM – Ken Martin, Bob Braudes, Monica Kash, Phil Brink.
