Member Nicole Littmann excused. BOT Liaison: Trustee Adam Haid & Planner Chris LaRue 3) ASSIGNMENT OF CURRENT MINUTES: Dawn Fraser 4) APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES a) May 7 - Dawn Fraser; deferred b) June 11 – Phil Brink; deferred c) June 19 – Ken Martin; deferred 5) APPROVAL OF AGENDA – Approved 6) PUBLIC COMMENT – N/A 7) GENERAL BUSINESS: a) BoT Liason Report; Nothing new to report. Adam would like to meet with new members as introduction. b) Development Referrals: i) Non quasi-judicial: (1) Erie Highlands Planning Area 10, Sketch Plan, SW corner or Erie Parkway and WCR 5, due July 11, Hannah Hippely. Reviewed and discussed and Ken to submit response with recommendations that include sidewalk connectivity. (2) Vista Ridge Filing No 5, Tract A1 (Vista Commons), Comprehensive Plan Amendment, NE Corner SH 7 and Bonanza Drive, due July 17, Chris LaRue. Reviewed and determined no response required from OSTAB for zoning change request. ii) Quasi-judicial: (1) Schmidt; Preliminary Plat, north of Jay Rd & south of Erie Village, due July 10, Chris LaRue. Ken will confirm if the applicant funded the original spine trail. Developer agreed to prior recommendations. No further action required by OSTAB. (2) Erie Highlands Planning Area 9, Preliminary Plat and Site Plan and PUD Amendment, SW corner Erie Parkway and WCR 5, due July 11, Hannah Hippely. Reviewed and discussed and Ken will submit response with recommendation to expand sidewalk to 8’ on the entire length of the south side of Sugarloaf Lane. If the developer does not agree, OSTAB recommends not moving forward with this type of PUD site plan. 8) ACTION ITEMS, SCHEDULING, KEY DATES a) Next regular OSTAB meeting – Monday, August 13, 2018 b) Great Erie Outdoor Adventure – Saturday, August 25, 2018 c) Possible additional meeting in July – Tentative date of July 23, 2018. Ken will advise when firm. i) Meeting with Great Ecology – Open Space Management Plan and Natural Areas Inventory Update; ii) Update of potential open space acquisitions.
