Section 24-6-402(4)(e); to discuss the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer or sale of real property under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(a); and, specifically to discuss acquisition of open space property. Ken to confirm with Staff that open space dedication has been met since it is unclear. Ken to write recommendations regarding: 1) Location of spine trail and NAI #15 2) Impacts to wetlands in NAI #19 3) Restoring various wetland based on USFWS National Wetlands Inventory Map 4) Protecting and pruning trees on site (2) Vessels Minerals Well Pad, Review, NE corner County Line Rd. and Vista Parkway, due 8/7, Marty Ostholdthoff; Reviewed and discussed. Ken to write recommendation to create a landscape buffer around the facilities to protect views from Coal Creek Trail 8) MEMBER REPORTS/DISCUSSIONS: Bob Braudes mentioned Rex Ranch spine trail has been installed 9) ACTION ITEMS, SCHEDULING, KEY DATES a) Next regular OSTAB meeting – Monday, September 10, 2018; 10) FUTURE DISCUSSION TOPICS: a) Research TNAF reimbursement for prior spine trail construction between Lost Creek Farm and Schmidt (Monica Kash); b) Funds allocated years ago for future trail near Erie/Broomfield border (Monica Kash); c) Signage for trails and/or open space; d) New open space fund eligible for tax deductible contributions of cash or land; e) Property tax benefits for conservations easements; f) Community Room heater; 11) ADJOURNMENT: 8:45pm TOWN OF ERIE Page 2 Printed on 9/28/2018
