1)Executive session to consider the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer or sale of real,
personal or other property, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(a), and to determine
positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop a strategy for
negotiations, and/or instruct negotiators, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e), concerning
the Jordan property."
2) Trustee liaison report;
3) 2nd annual report to the BoT on Tuesday, August 24, due Friday August 13;

i. Spine Trails: Missing links, or crusher fine portion needed;
ii. Funds allocated years ago for future trail near Erie/Broomfield border;
iii. Research TNAF reimbursement for prior spine trail construction between Lost
Creek Farm and Schmidt;
e) New open space fund eligible for tax deductible contributions of cash or land;
f) Property tax benefits for conservations easements;
