Spine Trails: Missing links, or crusher fine portion needed; ii. Funds allocated years ago for future trail near Erie/Broomfield border; iii. Research TNAF reimbursement for prior spine trail construction between Lost Creek Farm and Schmidt; e) New open space fund eligible for tax deductible contributions of cash or land; f) Property tax benefits for conservations easements; 12.
