Executive Session: For the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations, and/or instructing negotiators, under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(e); to discuss the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer or sale of real property under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(a); and, specifically to discuss acquisition of open space property. b. Illegal motorized vehicles on trails and/or open space; c. Current rules for ebikes and golf carts on Town trails; possible changes; d. Status of Coal Creek restoration; e. FUTURE DISCUSSION TOPICS a) Visit properties with existing conservation easements co-held with Boulder County; b) BoCo ROW trail: Boulder to Erie; c) Natural Areas Inventory update; d) Trails: i. Spine Trails: Missing links, or crusher fine portion needed; ii. Funds allocated years ago for future trail near Erie/Broomfield border; iii. Research TNAF reimbursement for prior spine trail construction between Lost Creek Farm and Schmidt e) New open space fund eligible for tax deductible contributions of cash or land; f) Property tax benefits for conservations easements; 11.
