Nice posters, town Sustainability stickers, earth week 2020 stickers/swag. Order a Banner Stand. Adam will work on the stickers and other items for Earth Week to send to JP & Amy regarding. Tom to work on the Floor Display or Adjustable Banner Stand and send to JP. Berenice to work on the design angle for posters with Amber. Communications Update (Berenice) – Review Sustainability at a Glance site. Will be joining Erie Green Business meetings. Leaf composting communications have been sent out. erieco.gov/sustainability * Berneice to find out if Sustainability can be added as a text/notification email Notify Me? * Are there metrics for the site? * We should publish master plan here. * Then can we have someone from SAB create a Sustainability Update that gets pushed out to the notification. * We should start with these in January with the launch of the Master Plan. Trustee Liaison Report None Staff Report None Old Business Master Plan Updates – Group Picture, Letter for plan, November 21 meeting What it is, why we feel it’s important, the philosophy behind it. JP to write this and circulate it. Erie Solar Days – No update, likely summertime Earth Week 2020 Celebration – sub committee was not able to meet, they are discussing some ideas over email.
