Communications Update (Berenice) Trustee Liaison Report Cristiaan – 36 emails received by the bot thanking the town for the leaf composting event. SAB would like to move this event to a more permanent town driven offering, rather than a SAB budgeted event. This is part of the Master Plan. Lafayette and Broomfield have new council members elected and there may be opportunity for additional coordination regionally. Staff Report None Old Business Master Plan Updates Next week’s bot meeting presentation would likely be at 745, SAB members should try to arrive by 715. JP and Tom will present some slides, though we have been asked to keep the presentation to 10 minutes or so based on the expected length of the meeting. Erie Solar Days No Update Earth Week 2020 Celebration In January we will discuss plan for Earth Week, plan, poster contest, youth engagement, potentially create a video to post regarding the event/proclamation, will have a subcommittee meeting regarding poster contest, etc Leaf Composting (Final) Update Lots of positive community feedback. We had approximately 340 visitors between the 2 days with an estimate of 2000 bags or so. 5 - 70 yard bins.
